This property was renovated by the owner over a period of about 2 years. MASTEX was contracted to renovate the external walls and apply
a sprayed protective coating.
Extensive thermal rendering was applied to a mixture of various surfaces.........Brick, Block, Stone, and Plaster Lath ..........we used a special
High Build waterbased Elastomeric Coating for the final coat to provide a highly flexable finish able to withstand the various movements of the
different building materials.
