This beautiful property in Shenfield at first glance looked in good condition, however after checking the walls it showed lots bricks under the rendering spalling and would need to be replaced
1 Remove all blown rendering & replace
2 Apply fine tyrol to rear extension to match the
rest of the house
3. Powerwash all areas.
4 Remove and stitch up all cracks in various
areas
5. Mask up all areas not to be treated.
6. Apply a primer base coat to all prepared areas.
7. Apply GUNEX coating to all prepared areas
by high pressure spray.
8. De-mask and clean up.

MOUNT CRESCENT BRENTWOOD
This property in Brentwood was in need of urgent weatherproofing, large areas of rendering was replaced on the rear and side elevations. Some cavity wall ties was also replaced on the rear elevation due to corrosion
This property in Shenfield was finished in the old "slop Dash " render to the exterior walls, apart from the new extension to the rear , the client request was that on completion the property would look as one.
This property in Shenfield was finished smooth render, various extensions was added over the years but had blended in very poorly due to different rendering mixes and styles. Client wanted a uniform finish on all walls with no scarring. The rear elevation was also allowing damp through to the bedrooms due to the poor quality of the rendering.
* Fix stainless steel bead to all areas

The property was treated with GUNEX WALLSHIELD fine texture the colour was a special mix " Farrow & Ball Shaded White " .
This property in Brentwood would be a challenge as the client was looking for an external wall finish that would tie in with the "1930s Look " that they was trying to replicate on their property. After several samples the client chose a heavy roughcast finish that was coated with GUNEX fine texture spray coating.. On completion with the black beams, soft red brickwork, cast stone features, and the special colour chosen the results was stunning .
