Property in Birmingham
This Property in the Birmingham was in a very bad way. The rendering was coming off in sheets back to the brickwork and in other areas back to the laths. The original house dated back to the 1600s and has been extended over the years, the walls was a mixture of wood, brick, stone and block and had been repaired very badly over the years. the client requested that the final finish would look uniform and without any repair scars. One of the worst parts and very dangerous was the render on the chimney stack. It was hanging off and could have caused a problem if it came off
This property in Surrey was in quite good condition considering it had not been painted for 12 years .A major problem was the right side elevation that was not painted. the soft red bricks had eroded in many areas and would need replacing.
